Bolesworth Exclusive Embryos & Racing Dreams

This auction will take place at The Titanic Hotel, Liverpool, on Monday 18th November at 8.15pm. The auction will be a hybrid and part of an exclusive night of entertainment incorporating a Gala Dinner and Live Auction. Online bids will be accepted via ClipMyHorse.TV. How to View Racehorses

The racehorses will be available to view at Manor House Stables ahead of the auction by appointment. To arrange please contact auctions@bolesworth.com

An official preview will be held at Manor House on Monday 18th November between 1pm-3pm, which will be streamed live via ClipMyHorseTV. All evening Auction ticket holders will be sent an invitation to attend the viewing with lunch.

Vetting process – Racehorses

A two stage vetting will be carried out with seven days of the Auction taking place, with certificates available to view on the website.

Recipient Mares – Embryo’s

All recipient mares will have an up to date pregnancy scan within seven days of the Auction taking place, this will then enable insurance cover for death and lifesaving surgery for both the mare and the foal she is carrying until the foal is seven days old (please see T&C’s for full details).

Live Bidding

The Live Auction will take place at the Titanic Hotel after dinner has been served on the evening of Monday 18th November. To bid live there is no need to register to bid, however it is necessary to have booked a place at the venue. Please contact melanie@bolesworth.com to book or click here.

Telephone Bidding

We recommend that if you are unable to attend the Live Auction, that you register with us to bid by telephone. To bid via telephone, all bidders are required to pre-register by 5pm on Thursday 14 November 2024. To register as a telephone bidder, please email auctions@bolesworth.com and a member of the Auction Team will contact you.

Online Bidding

We are also delighted to accept Online bids. However, we recommend that you ensure that you have a very secure internet connection to enable bids in real time as the auction takes place. To bid online, you are required to register. Please complete the Register To Bid form by going to www.boleswortheliteauctions.com. At the time of the registration, all the questions asked in the Registration Form have to be duly and correctly answered. This also results in a contract of use with the operator of the online platform. Please note: you may need to check your junk folder to validate your registration.

Commission

Embryo’s: The hammer price will be subject to VAT if noted in the catalogue listing, and it will also be subject to a 15% buyers commission (to include the insurance as explained above) plus a set fee of £224 (insurance top up), which will be subject to VAT at 20%.
Racehorses: The hammer price will be subject to VAT and it will also be subject to a 10% buyers commission which will be subject to VAT at 20%
